1.3 Trading Journal Data

If you use our trade journaling features, we store:

• Hypothetical trades you log for learning purposes
• Notes and analysis you create

Note: We do NOT access your actual brokerage account or execute real trades.

• Provide and improve PairSync services
• Authenticate your account and manage subscriptions

You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at mark@pair-sync.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where required to retain it by law.

5.3 Marketing Communications

We currently do not send marketing emails. If this changes, you will be able to opt out of marketing communications while still receiving essential service updates.

6. Children's Privacy

PairSync is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

7. International Users

PairSync is operated from Australia and the United States. If you access PairSync from outside these regions, your data may be transferred to and processed in these countries.

For EU/UK users: We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR. You have additional rights including data portability and the right to lodge complaints with supervisory authorities.

8. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
